Video Game Enhancements

This cartridge only allows you to play games from any region on your saturn console regardless of the region of the conole itself. This DOES NOT ACT AS A RAM CART,  ALSO IT CANNOT BE FLASHED WITH THE PSEUDOSATURN FIRMWARE. You can use this in conjuntion with a modchip to play imported backups, but the cartridge alone doesn't enable backups/homebrew or any sort of recordable media.
