Why is Paypal Only Available on Certain Items?
Unfortunately, Paypal has a very strict policy against the sale of Modchips, Boot discs and other similar devices used for the purpose of playing imported games, backups, and homebrew despite legality. Therefore we only offer Paypal as a payment option on items that do not fall under this categoty. For example, you may use Paypal to purchase games, accessories (that don't enable backups/imports or homebrew), or unmodified consoles. If the Paypal option isn't given on the page for the item you want to purchase, it simply is not available.
What Payment Methods Do You Accept?
We currently accept Paypal (see "Why is Paypal Only Available on Certain Items" section for restrictions), Bitcoins, Checks (US only) and Money Orders (Must either be a domestic money order ie US, or an international money order if you are located in another country. Otherwise we have no way to cash/deposit it.)
